Hi i am working with composite elements for a muliti story building its my first project using archicad and i am self-taught so I definitely have a lot to learn.
My problem is that i have a composite wall and it consists of concrete, insulation and plaster. The concretes model height is 2.81 m but the other two's height is 3.11 which is also Parent elements (whole wall) height. now i would like to create a component schedule where actual height of skins is shown. Because for now it only shows 3.11 for all three skins. What is the work around. Most of the post i found is that the best practice would be just modeling them seperatly but that doesnt seem like the right work flow. I am sincerly gratefull for any response!
Operating system used: Windows 10

From what limited knowledge I have about Archicad property expressions and scheduling. If I was taking off the quantities from the model and that schedule data you provided above, I would want it to be as accurate as possible.
What stage of the design development are you at ? It looks like that the engineers have not entered the picture yet and until they do the data will still be in quite a raw form. If the engineers rely on that data above, you would need that to be as accurate as possible as well.
I personally would find a way to model it as accurately as possible to represent how it would actually be built. Even If that means modeling each part separately if there is no other way around it.
Other companies may have different policies and other ways around it. Hopefully many more who are experienced can comment on how they go about getting a complex profile to quantify correctly inside Archicad with property expressions.
My workflow would be. To have one model for Architectural presentation and drawing purposes and another for QTO&E. That’s what I am proposing to do within another software that I use. For the sake of accuracy.
What your company policy is may be different and it is good to ask them what they want you to do in presentation of QTO scheduling information.
