RAI Calculation Abacus

Hi everyone,
I’m working in Archicad and trying to create a Schedule to correctly verify the daylighting / aero-illuminating ratio (RAI).

Most tutorials I’ve found calculate the ratio by simply dividing the window surface area by the net floor area, considering the requirement verified if the result is ≥ 0.125 (1/8).
However, this simplified approach (and the Schedule I’ve created so far) does not take into account several additional variables required by regulations.

For example, depending on the applicable code, certain portions of the window height should be excluded from the calculation (such as the lower part close to the finished floor level, e.g. around 0.60 m, or other similar constraints).

I will attach an image showing the regulatory scheme I’m referring to. I’m aware that these rules may not apply in all countries, but the image should help clarify the logic behind the calculation I’m trying to implement.

So my questions to the community are:

has anyone already created a more accurate and regulation-aware RAI Schedule in Archicad?

does anyone know how to set up a custom Schedule that can manage these kinds of conditions?

any tips, workflows, or examples would be greatly appreciated.

As an additional question:
is it possible, within a Schedule, to consider the presence of external overhangs or shading elements in front of the window?

Thanks in advance for your help.
