reloading xref problem

When reloading an xref from the xref manager it always (when a change in the xref has been made) adds the same layers over and over again as copies. Does anybody else has the same problem?
The xref itself was opened int AC14, corrected and saved as a dwg.
I'm using AC15 3267 int x64, win7 x64.

I have not seen this problem before.
