Software key and Mojave

I recently updated to Mojave and now have an issue where my software key always needs to be uploaded and repaired each time the Mac is restarted. Then re-downloaded to use ArchiCAD.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Same here. Sometimes it takes a dozen or more attempts to find the software key. I've tried different USB ports, no help.

I remember there was an update that needed to occur to the USB key before updating to Mojave refer:

Hi,

If you haven't done the conversions suggested by Scott yet, then definitely do it!

But I don't think the issue is caused by that. arg617 is talking about a Soft License, and Bob is talking about a License on a dongle, so I am not sure they are the same issue. With license related problems you should contact your local distributor, they should be able to help you out (but unfortunately there's nothing we could do about it on this forum).
