Not sure what is going on, but under Teamwork it says I am working offline, but when I run diagnostics it says BIMcloud is accessible. What should I do to get back into Teamwork?

FYI,
I got in touch with Tech Support and ultimately had to create a new user, and delete my old profile.

I should have added, that I can work online in AC26 just not AC27.
