BIMcloud warnings are getting out of control

here is a small sampling of the t/w warnings I have been trouble shooting the past week. This feels like something is broken... or theres something else at play here (my tinfoil hat is on pretty tight right now). And these are about 1/4-1/2 of what I've been sent:

so no warning or error to report, just a VERY alarming loss of work.
one of my designers was editing graphic overrides, added an override rule, then did a s/r, and the work was gone.
send and receive, for 2 people in this file, acted like an "undo" button for the last 4 hours of work, since their last s/r.
...
this is potentially catastrophic. Not an annoying 'coordinate with the team, who loses their work to get back on track', but a full out "everyone loses their work every time they send changes"...
...
anyone at graphisoft hearing this? ffs!?

In addition to the annoyance of the "offline" and "reload from recovery" notices this team recieved this morning; 2 people in the project are not able to see each others work, and both are noticing that all the work they did yesterday is missing... S/R yesterday EOD gave no warning of failed teamwork opperations, the BIMcloud activity log gives no indication that they failed to send their changes before closing (both show send around 6:00 PM), but both have indicated that all work done yesterday is not reflected in the file when the opened today.
...
I don't know if this warrants another thread all together; at this point "out of control" doesn't begin to describe catastrophic data loss!

maybe help is on the way. GS HU is looking for an IT support specialist:

new protocols for closing at the end of the day... in the age of "does bimcloud REALLY save my changes, or not?"

They keep rolling in...

some more that filtered in... they just keep coming... TBH, answering "what do I do about this warning?" is now my full time job...
not what I went to architecture school, or where I saw myself 10 years ago... regretting not knowing Revit more and more every day.

so I just want to follow up, as I have been relaying every issue received the past 2 weeks to GSNA, and they have been combing through the support packages looking for the issue.
They got back to me, that t/w opperations are being rejected due to:
-use of add-ons
-some library issues
-missing model view options

...
they are offering to repair 1 or 2 of our files to see if this fixes the problem... but I guess as long as we can find a way to replace cadimage, keep all libraries clean and lean, and constantly repair for the never fixed missing MVO issue... we should be able to find a way around this.
...
I'm really hoping there is an ACTUAL fix coming; but for now, they have at least found issues on the file side preventing correct t/w communications.
...
offering to fix the file seems a lot like taking your sports car to the mechanic because it's only firing on half the cylinders, and they offer to replace a cracked windscreen instead of replacing the motor... but whatever...

Except if you don't have access to a local reseller, which is the case for many users in the US.

that, and why would the resellers be a point of contact for software meltdowns? they aren't product engineers or tech support... sure, my reseller is pretty f****** amazing in his knowledge of archicad; but he's as stumped as I am with the whole "model view options are keeping your data from sending or receiving".
...
the hard truth that graphisoft is going to have to face is, they have a bim authoring tool that is not working. It's broken. It has been degraded to the point that a simple "missing model view option" is causing designers to lose hours/days of work.
...
there is nothing us BIM "experts", nor the resellers, nor any of the designers trying to make it work can do about it. If any small error in the file results in lost work or failed saves, it's a problem that graphisoft needs to take ownership of and ****** fix it. The resellers can't fix it. They can't even troubleshoot a work-around for something this catastrophic!
