here is a small sampling of the t/w warnings I have been trouble shooting the past week. This feels like something is broken... or theres something else at play here (my tinfoil hat is on pretty tight right now). And these are about 1/4-1/2 of what I've been sent:

maybe; but I work with firms using PC as well, and I'm certain I've seen warnings from their side too. Just yesterday, I spent hours trying to help a PC guy connect to his BIMcloud (putting in the IP just froze his computer). In that case, I think it was bad hardware, not an Archicad issue...
regardless, I'll never convince (or try to convince) 200+ people to switch to windows

Kevin; the best advice I've been able to give is:
-send and recieve OFTEN, like 2-3x per hour minimum.
-always close archicad at the end of the day; files that are open for a longer time seem to be more susceptible
-always leave teamwork projects and clear local data at the end of the week; clean downloaded data seem to be less likely to have communication issues
-save a pln before making massive changes. I don't know that big discrepencies between local and server data is a trigger, but I have experienced t/w errors after deleting or adding large amounts of data/geometry

here's another one...

It is not a macOS only issue. Same happens on Windows

I'm just grabbing at straws.

I've just seen this thread, and man, this sounds all too familiar!
We have 16 AC 28 users with a local hosted bimcloud basic, VM and all. All is windows. I don't understand IT-speak and also I don't get paid to learn it and start hunting bytes down the cables but the conclusion here is that it must be a software bug. I had the same problem in my previous company with a similar configuration so for sure it's not a broken cable.
Local support is useless, I also contacted GS support in Germany, they asked the wrong questions and closed the case fast.
I've said it before regarding other bottlenecks in AC, the issue is not that there is a bug which nobody wants to fix, the issue is that the software is not flexible enough to bypass this. Connection error? Try again later. The received data cannot be merged? Why? Try again.

Ernest, that is similar to my experiences. Every time I have brought this to tech support, resellers, or even HQ, it seems to be a "me" problem. The thing is, and what may be misleading, since I'm the one in this thread predominantly posting screen shots, these screen shots are coming across my desk from at least 4 different firms, all with different network setups, different BIMcloud structures, different operating systems.
I could see, if it was "oh, Patrick seems incompetent, he is the only one on the planet that can't seem to figure out how Archicad works". But these are, for the most part, not my own errors. They come from approximately 200 users. I get teamwork errors almost daily.
I just wish the community forum held some kind of weight to sort this out. I know I'm not the only one seeing these issues. I really wish Graphisoft would take a critical look at the stability and reliability of their product, and provide us with a system that we could rely on again. Its been years of this, and its frankly embarrassing.
I know Revit has its own issues; is plagued by warnings and errors... but as best I can tell, it's not at the point that Revit users are losing hours of work per week due to teamwork hang ups and failed s/r experiences.
