Disappearing Links when shared

I can't solve this riddle… I have a project that we're in the throws of getting construction docs done. I have help at a remote office… I'm on Mac they're on Win..

When they edit a Worksheet (for example) that I have previously laid out on a sheet, the LINK back to the view becomes MISSING… It displays the last know version and (AND) shows the proper path to the view (internal)… but the link is disabled…

Someone has to LINK TO DRAWING to get it back on track…

in drawing manager make sure to always reserve any drawings before updating them. Does this happen even when they are reserved?
