bimserver forgot password

How do I retrieve a password that has been forgotten? I am the administrator, and I forgot what my password is. I need to access the server from someone else's computer, but cannot remember my password. There is an option to send the password by email, but when I check that box, it does not seem to send any email.

Maybe you should log into the BIM Server Manager on the machine where the BIM Server is running and change the password, if the sending of password is not working. Then you can use that new password to log in from the other machine.
