Can't see .jpg textures in 3d view

This has happened before but I can't remember how to fix it.

In 3d view I can't see my textures. It works fine when I open a default Template so it must be a setting somewhere. Also it does not export the textures from ArchiCAD to and ArtLantis file properly either. Whats that matter ?

Does the library loading report show missing textures? I suspect you are maybe working from a .pla without textures or maybe a library isn't loaded properly or not cached properly.
