I have Archicad 27 Build 5030 and when i render something sometimes i have this error: Cineware by maxon add-on has unexpectedly closed.

Even with Build 3001 i had the same problem.

It's very frustrating, could someone help me please?

Try clicking on "Done".

Replacing the folder should work.

MacBook Pro M1 Max

I clicked on "Done" but I get the same message the next time that I start ArchiCAD.

Redshift is another rendering plugin of Archicad and if am not mistaken it should be subscription base.

In the end what is your Objective?
ArchiCAD 9 onwards

I have seen no mention of it being subscription only.

But it is certainly hardware dependent.

@Barry Kelly not sure if this link helps.

That says you need an SSA/Forward support agreement, which is different from collaboration subscription, which is what I thought you meant.

So, for Redshift you need to have a current support package as well as the hardware to run it.

I had the same message pop up when I replaced the Cineware folder that Karel Landa uploaded.

I use a Mac, so opted to 'move to trash' as Redshift isn't compatible with MacOS anyway.

The error message doesn't show up anymore and Cineware is working perfectly now.

Thanks everyone!
