I have Archicad 27 Build 5030 and when i render something sometimes i have this error: Cineware by maxon add-on has unexpectedly closed.
Even with Build 3001 i had the same problem.
It's very frustrating, could someone help me please?

I have the same problem; I think Maxon is not compatible with Sequoia; only to Sonoma; I don't know why and it's frustrating

This is happening because of faulty Cineware folder in installation folder of Archicad.
You can simply replace it with one copied from someone who does not have this problem.
Not sure if this link will work

That worked for me. Had the same problem in both AC27 and AC28
Thanks 😊

After replacing the Cineware folder with the one you suggested, I get this notice when I start ArchiCAD:

ArchiCAD 28
