Hotspots in scetchrenderings

Hello I'm Trying to make some sketch renderings of my project. The problem is that all of a sudden there is a lot of hotspots all over the drawing. Is there a way to turn them all off. In the 3d window settings box there are 2 options: enable 2D hotspots and show 3D hotspots only. why isn't there a don't show hotspots option there?
Anyway i tried both options in one drawing most of the hotspots where gone but using the same options on a different drawing they where back. On the attached picture you see hotspots all over the floor which is made of slabs. cant se a hotspot option in the slabs settings box. what can i do pls help

I'm using Archicad 16 EDU on a computer running windows 7 Ultimate

Just above the 'choose file" button to attach a picture is a link to "Allowed Extensions and Sizes":

Those are not hotspots, if I am correct those are controlled by the line over stretch settings.
