Another question, are Octane Render output image sizes dependent on on-board video memory the same way a program like iray is? So the larger the image size, the more on-board video memory it demands..Rendersize has a maximum of 8192x8192 regardly of how much RAM or VRAM you have.

I've tried to install the plugin-demo.Are you running on an English version of ArchiCAD? The plugin gets installing into GRAPHISOFT\ArchiCAD 16\Add-Ons\Visualisation, so on non-English versions you will need to move the plugin into the localized "Add-Ons" folder. If that is not the issue, could I trouble you to email me at paul at physicalc-software dot com, and I will send through a link to the previous version - in case there is a problem with the latest download link.
The file "OctaneRenderForArchiCAD.apx" gives the error: The file is either not an Add-On or an outdated one that cannot be used with this ArchiCAD version.
I've the latest archicad 16 release 3487, OctaneRender for ArchiCAD 16 Demo (v1.13b) & Nvidia driver version 314.22.

If it is possibe...I would like to see a GOOD interior or enterior picture.Check out the gallery at render.otoy.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5. Lots of architectural renders there, both interior and outside - using a range of Octane plugins (and Octane Standalone) - they are all the same renderer.

So correct me if Im wrong but it looks like the standalone version is available for Macs but the plug-in for ArchiCAD is Windows only? Am I missing something on the website? That is correct. I will be working on the Mac version of the ArchiCAD plugins once I source a Snow Leopard machine (required to compile ArchiCAD plugins). Unfortunately I have Mountain Lion at the moment.

I've checked again (also on an other pc) and I believe there's a problem with the 32bit version.Hi
The 64bit version (yet another pc) works great.
Also tried 1.13a version btw.
