Shadowclad walling

KeesW

Does anybody have a shadowclad surface, or material, that I can use on an AC19 photorealistic rendering? Shadowclad comprises 12mm thick plywood with 9mm wide x 5mm deep grooves at 150mm centres. I need to run the grooves vertically.

It sounds like what we call 'channelsiding' here.

There are surfaces in the library for that. At least on the Dutch version.

To get the size to work, just look at how many boards the surface has (six in this case) and adjust the size. So in this case: 6 x 150 = 900 mm.

If you make a new surface, there should be the option to make a new one from the catalog, there you should be able to find the preset.
