License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RE: Architecture Rendering Outsourcing
Looking for Long-Term Cooperation

Dear Sir or Madam:

Thank you for reading this email. We are a professional architecture rendering company in China, with proven experience internationally. You may never heard us before, it is because before 2005 we only make house plans to middle men and through them sell to real buyers including houseplans.com. In 2004, for houseplans.com only we produced nearly 1,000 plans. We are experienced with any kinds of styles of plans with the fastest efficiency.

Since we are located at the bottom of the supply chain, we could produce a plan for you at the lowest price of $50USD without sacrificing the quality. Please take a minute of your valuable time to visit our web site (link provided below) to examine the quality of our work and then please contact us for more detail.

We guarantee the PREMIUM QUALITY of our product and service, the LOWEST PRICES in the industry and ON TIME DELIVERY.

We are looking for long term business relationship with you to become your rendering factory, so you can concentrate on the most important marketing endeavor. It will be a win-win relationship for both of us.

Thank you for your attention and I am looking forward to hearing from you very soon!

Yours sincerely

Err I guess you'd better use the headstart (and invest the costs) you have by being a professional located in the US to do something other than renderings for production home manufacturers that you can train a bunch of 20 year olds to mass-produce from China.

outsourcing, in my opinion is not a trend of the world, it is a trend of short sighted stupidity in executives. I was speaking with a colleague yesterday about outsourcing, and it's really disturbing how much work is being moved out of country, and not only work but also money, it's a slightly different situation, granted, but take a look at how many American banks are being bought by foreign banks, or just moving offshore, ABN-AMRO/StandardFedral (now LaSalle) which is one of the largest banks in the country, now offshore, Citizens Financial group / charter one is now owned by the royal bank of scotland, plc. , ever retail credit card you get is owned by HSBC... which is hong kong shanghai banking corporation....There's too many to list, and to be hoenst I wouldn't be surprised if Bank of America was owned by a foreign bank. So much of America's assets and capital as a country is being moved out of the country, it's frightening to think that with this trend, some of these countries could cripple America by pulling the carpet out from underneath us. anyway though I'm going to stop now... I might be off-base in my statement, but I havent had coffee yet, and.. it's Friday.

Interesting thoughts on the subject are in "The World is Flat" by Thomas L. Friedman.

There will always be good & bad outsourcers.
But the trend will not go away.
How are you/I going to respond to the reality?

(If you wish to rail about it, you best avoid 98% of N. America retailers & 99% of the products sold as it's all part of a changed world)

Does anyone have leads for a reliable outsource who uses AC?
I'm serious!

If you take a good look at anything you use/wear, it is made in China. So ... it is a reality, good or bad, depends where in the outsourcing chain you are.

I out source... to a Hungarian AC user. What's the difference, I'm in the US and he's on the other side of the planet. It works great for me, and I hope him. Am I contributing to the demise of western dominance? I hope so:)

The great equalizer is upon us, I love the internet and the opportunities it brings us. Adjust or be adjusted.. is it evolution or creationism:)

It is very interesting in reading your comments. I am happy that our web site is up again. There, we showed certain our recent works including water color. Quality is always our first concern. We are good guys AND we use ArchiCAD nicely, so don’t shoot us!

Dear Rashid,

Got your email of today, but it looks like the band of your web site has been blocked by …. So you may have trouble to receive my email, but I did receive yours.

Try to use another email address, which does not associate with the name of your website. Get off from that band of server so we have no problem of communicating if you may.

The rendering technique is not bad, but the trees that are visible through the windows distract from the image a lot..... and I really think this belongs in the "Ads" section.

And if you want to get really scared by the negative side of those who are abusing outsourcing (hint: most major North American retailers but some REALLY bad), read Naomi Klien's "No Logo"

(Full disclosure: She is a fellow Canuck [Canadian] who is involved with myself & Dwight in a plot to allow Canada to take over the world & force you all to eat poutine & beaver tails):P

Be prepared to forgo McDonald's & Walmart forever.
