i have a big difficulty in improving these
perspectives lighting effect......
It seems there is always a layer of grey fog in the space....
and the ceiling and the area under shadow are always in cool grey tone(which i think the grey surface should be in warm grey in the actual world.....), i know it can be done by archiCAD.
Is there any setting that can be adjusted, so that the perspective will
not be looked so dark?
thanks a lot~!

1. Use a window light facing up to the ceiling at about mid-level on the columns to lighten the ceiling.
2. Reduce the 'diversion angle' on the Sun Object to 1 degree or less to sharpen the shadows. Make sure the Sun Object has a yellow tint and the
Sky Object has a blue tint.
3. In the Photorendering Settings, make sure you haven't checked 'Fog' under the Foreground settings.
4. Get rid of the dead grey sky in the backgound photo and use a nice blue sky to liven up the image.
Cheers.
PS - You should also attach details about your hardware & software.

1: What's with the transparent columns?
2: Yes, you could make the shadows sharper by reducing the sun divergence angle in the SunObject or you could make the sun shadow softer by increasing the divergence angle to 45 degrees or so.
3: The dull greyness is because you are using white light. As just said: use colored light.
4: The flatness is becuase you have ambient light set too high. Turn it off. About 20 is right. a cool color.
5: surfaces react with light better if they are rough. See the Displacement Class Shader "Rough."
6: Why does the glass look like polyethelene sheets?
7: etc.
All of these tricks and more are in my book "LightWorks in ArchiCAD" this is an invaluable book that saves hours of experimenting - purchase from me direct as outlined below.
