I think it was very nice if archicad can export direct file for 3D print software ...
By expand our modeling ability , sometimes the shape we made need to be printed in 3D form ... and now we have to save it as .3ds then import to CATIA o solidwork Which normally have a good cooperation with 3D printers . this method has some difficulties with the scale of program.
I wish in vast verity of file which can be saved in Archicad, We could save our project with exact scale directly for 3D printing
