These junction lines can be generated when walls are a minuscule of a fraction out of line. Unless your building is perfectly perpendicular they are extremely tricky to remove - with heritage and reuse buildings becoming more common we should have the ability to remove these lines for clean drawings, without using fills or spending hours moving walls 0.01mm to align. The linework tool in a 'particular other program' handles this issue well.
