with this you could not schedule windows on a certain layer, or use your label tool to make keyed notes.
windows: apartment complexes (using hot links for unit types, but might have window variations-> control it with layers in the units, use your scheduler in the site plan turn off layers for certain windows not to schedule or (schedule as shown)
Keyed notes: Use keyed notes with ID as the number of the keyed notes and remarks as your text for your keyed note, and with layers you could make separate schedules for Elevation keyed notes and plan keyed notes, and interior elevation keyed notes.....
