I was just informed that since IfcBoundingBox is not part of the Reference View MVD, it is not going to be supported anymore. To be honest, Graphisoft, it was working fine, why did you have to remove it? Pls bring it back.

I am had the same problem with AC 25 and AC26.To show the palette I had to add it manually in the Work Environment / Management - Pallets. See screenshot below (Swiss version):
