How do you upload a 3d model to bimx ipad without uploading

How do you upload a 3d model to bimx ipad without uploading to the community.

Is it not possible to directly upload a 3d model from exportet from archicad to the Ipad.?

I can only see the option, uploading to the community.??

One limitation which will affect only a few people:
If you have a CodeMeter dongle and you are using licence borrowing, you will not be able to Export for BIM Explorer from ArchiCAD as it will not find a licence.
