Problem uploading BIMX

When i try to upload BIMX a message "Ooops! There was an error while trying to load the requested page." appears every time. This happens the last 3 months every time i try to upload. Afer abot 100 attempt it uploads it, but this is extremely frustrating. Any ideas why?
