Dear Fabrizio; Yes, that solved the problem. Libraries show up correctly. Thanks again for everything.

We have just upgraded to AC9 and installed ArchiStair 1.08 but cant get past an error message when going to edit a stair:
'Cant find Macro: AStair_Swiss, called at line 144 of file Archi_STAIR.gsm'
The report error also tells us that 'XML parsing failed !!! '
This is happening with previously created and new stairs.
Can anyone help??

Thanks

Same problem as before:

if that message appears this means you don't have loaded the ArchiStair Library.
Please check between your loaded library if this ArchiStair.Lib folder is missing.

Thanks for your reply.
I checked and the library was in the correct place. The problem seemed to solve itself when I removed ArchiSTAIR.LIB using library manager. After clicking 'remove' the problem went away (the library was still showing in library manager) - Could it be that the library was loaded twice but only showing once?
Working fine now & V powerful.

Fabrizio,

Is it possible to produce a stair as depicted in the attached .pdf? Stairmaker brings up the comment..."Two fills have more then one common edge" when each tread is a separate fill.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

it sounds like a pirated copy of Archistair and as such may not work properly.

I have on occasion had this message as well. I know that the library must be loaded as I have it in the right place but for some reason it doesn't seem to load properly.
The solution that seems to work for me is to go to the Extras menu and select to show the ArchiStair palette. This will load the library if is not loaded and then everything seems to be fine.
