Customizing finish schedule

I'm trying to create a simple finish schedule in AC10, but I'm having trouble adding custom schedule fields. I added columns for "Custom Text" in my scheme settings, but it's only allowing me three fields of custom text (and I need eight). Is there an easy way to add editable fields that I am missing?

Schedules can only have a column for each parameter that exists in the elements that they are scheduling. You would need to make sure the elements you are listing in your schedule have those 8 text parameters in them before you can make a schedule that lists them.

Were you trying to create an IS, or a list? I'm trying to recreate your situation, but would like more information.
