INTERACTIVE DOOR/WINDOW SCHEDULE

I have put together a simple interactive door and window schedule. I am new to working with IS. Is it possible to insert a user comments column or row. I would like to have the option to insert various comments for each door or window. It would be great to select a door or window, and in the settings insert a comment and then have that comment show up in the schedule. But I'm not sure if that is possible. Hopefully I am missing something.

Every door has a bunch of parameters under "ArchiFM", such as Remarks, Cost, Weight, Fire Rating, etc.

To access them, you need to pick the "Additional Parameters" button when you are listing the fields you want to include and find the subtype for the doors you are using. Once you do, you should see a list of all the parameters for those doors.
