convert CSV to .xyz or .txt file to create mesh from surveyor's data

Hello,

Looking to export the data points from the CSV file attached so i can drop in a .xyz or .txt file to archicad to create the mesh topography from surveyor data.

Is there an easy way of doing this?

Import the cvs into an excel spreadsheet with separator.
Delete first and last column
And save as text

I attach the converted file
