embed dwg file

I typically save PLN file to DWG file using the "00 DWG FOR DUMMIES". But the folder contain many separate files that are embedded with it. How do I "flatten" all the embedded files into one DWG file ?

I see incoming dwg file converted from Vectorworks is one flat file and is a lot smaller in size like 1 mb. Its embarrassing to send AC converted DWG not in one file. I am sure AC has the capabilities to do that. Anyone help?

Thanks

I assume you mean you publish your layouts to DWG?

You can set up folders in publisher which contain several layouts (or just use the folders from your layout book, assuming you are using those) if you select one of these folders in Publisher, you can tick 'Merge to one DWG file' at the bottom. This will put all the layouts in that folder into the one file.
