Archicad 8.1 to plotmaker problem

One of our users is having problem in that when she puts room tags in the .PLN file they do not show up in the plotmaker layout.

After you import the drawing into plotmaker there are small empty rectangles where the room tags used to be.

Thank you!!!

Zones?

Objects?

Layer combination correct and updated?

Views redefined with correct layer combination?

Display options for Zones (if Zones are used) as it should be?

Screenshot can be posted?

Well we eliminated corrupt fonts.

It basicall appears as if she placed an empty tag in archicad. The box that is in place of the room tag in Plotmaker is exactly the same size as an empty one.

Some how the text of the tag is not coming through but the bounding box is and it acts as if there is no content.

I hope this is more descriptive.

The room tags come in just fine when importing a quickview.

When importing a custom view set then the problem arises.

Also there is an error when importing hte drawing that Archicad not respnding. This only happens when importing the custome set.

Again, where the room tags (No Zones used) should be is an empty rectangle as is the text in the tag was never entered.

Jose
jose,

a bit more information, as djordje says, would be useful.

are you using library parts for these 'tags'? if so, this could be a BGarchiCAD library loading issue . . . ?

also check the display options combinations for your custom viewset. is there anythink different there from the 'quickviews' (i assume you mean default viewset) display options?
