Here's a question: I am using the publisher to create multiple multi-page PDFs. I have each PDF in one publisher set and have selected "Merge to one PDF file" at the bottom. This is great, so far. The question is, if I wanted to name each *multi-page PDF* with autotext....is that possible? If I select "Rename Items" I get the option to rename each layout in the set with autotext, but if I select "Rename Folders", I don't get this option.
Looking for something like YYMMDD-Project Name-Folder Name (date being today's date). How would you do this?
Thanks!
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sonoma 14.5

Ok, so Barry's solution is great. The new issue is that for a folder (subset) shortcut, I can't see a way to use autotext for the folder/subset name, which is a key aspect of the naming we use. <SUBSETID> and <SUBSETNAME> both just show up as #SubID and #Subset Name. I'm guessing these are more targeted toward the parent subset of a layout, but I would have guessed they worked for the subset itself. Any idea how to get the subset info in as autotext?

I am seeing this post from a couple years ago with somebody encountering the same problem with subset autotext. I guess it hasn't been fixed yet.

For anyone following along, it looks like this issue has been fixed in Archicad 28!
