Composite Intersections

Can anyone confirm wether one can have more than one/two skin(s) cleanly intersecting at a T-junction. The problem occurs where a seperating wall (two similar plaster skins, a core comprising two identical block skins with an airspace cavity) meets an external cavity wall (with a plastered inner leaf of the same blockwork and the same airspace cavity).
The result is one block leaf of the seperating wall and its plaster finish cleans to the inner leaf of the cavity wall. The rest looks a mess!
