SOLVED!

Default font and font pen for Schedules?

Mats Knutsson

Can't find it. Haven't bothered before but since doing template work I reckon I can solve the small issues when I'm at it. Is it hard coded perhaps?

I think it is indeed hardcoded. For me on the Mac, if I make a new totally new schedule (so not duplicating another as a starting point – which I'm doing normally), the font will be Helvetica Neue.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just another sign that we would need a proper global font handling (that is an attribute, too, man!), instead of these loose per-tool settings.

It would I assume it is set in your Template with each schedule. I don't think there is a default for all templates?

I get the font Segoe UI as deafult...

Still, it would be nice to be able to set default font, pens, etc (i.e. default formatting) for schedules. Looks like something for the wishlist.

Please, Graphisoft?

Thanks.

This wish is on the Wishlist, but it looks like its Status is currently "On Hold":

Thank you, Laci!

Although it is not the most important problem in Archicad, it would be quite nice to have a Default (like we have for 3D Document), so we should not set up everything again and again. In addition, many people are missing some settings, so we cannot maintain a consistent graphic appearance.

Many thanks again.
