Drawing Index

I have placed some items (view sets) in Layouts that I do not want to have included when I gererate the drawing index. Is there a way to get some "drawings" not to be listed?

Good thinking John.

It works! No trouble at all. It works especially well in this case since the items I don't want in my drawing list are not actually "drawings" anyway.
Just some text and .bmp's

Thanks

Hopefully the WISHLIST people are listening in here....

1. Make ID one of the CRITERIA for DRAWING index... [that way we can give notes, etc a FLAG id such as "*" to exclude it...

2. Make SUBSET NAME one of the displayable parameters for SHEET INDEX.... what a wonderful way to put heading in... too bad it's not one of the items to show...

More later.
