Editing in sections requires rebuild to see changes

Hi,

I am editing building elements in sections, and after edits the item dissapears and the section needs to be rebuilt to see the change. This has been happening in every release of AC28. Is there a setting that I can change, or is this just how it is now?

Archicad 27 below-edit wall height.

Now in Archicad 28- edit wall height. Wall dissapears and requires a rebuild for it to show the change.

Did you check Auto-Rebuild Model View Control in Options > Work Environment > Model Rebuild Options?

have you looked at your section settings? Specifically the Section Status. See image attached.

No, thats not it. Is this just happening to me? Can someone confirm that they are not having this issue with Archicad 28?

Tested with a new and reset, and the section updates as expected.

Could this be an issue with a job file that has been started in an earlier version and has been moved up to AC28?
