Hi I'm having a problem with one fill type when plotting - the lines thickness get much larger when plotting vs. when viewing before plot. See attached view before and after. Is there some type of setting I am missing? Thanks

Maybe these are 2 different views, cause it for sure looks you have 2 different pen sets.

You could also try to Plot with the "Hairline" option enabled and see if that achieves the desired result.

The first view is from the view map and second is plotted and I just took a screenshot of the pdf.

Where is the hairline option for plotting? I think it is hairline by default for on screen view options

Also forgot to mention these are zones that are using a cover fill

If you use the File > Plot Dialog, you will find a "Hairline" checkbox there.
If you Publish to PDF, in the "Document Options" Dialog of Publisher Sets, there is also a "Hairline" checkbox.

The white pen for the grid lines in the fill is probably a very thick white pen.
You could change it to a thinner pen or edit that pen in the pen set to be thinner (that will affect everything that uses that pen).
