Interior Elevation viewport on layout

Please help!
My interior elevations are showing up on a slant when I bring in a view to the worksheet. My elevations and sections are not doing this. In the elevation window, the interior elevation is correct (horizontal). Anyone else have experience with this?

Very strange. Is the drawing tool default set to an angle?

The drawing tool is set to 0. If I rotate it, then I can get the drawing to be straight, but this messes with the title for the drawing, so I'd prefer not to "solve" it this way.
