Layout Book & Publisher set Settings

The text in the master is black but it shows as red in the Layout Book & Publisher set.

Any idea on how to correct this issue?

It is a Work Environment setting.

Simply so you can tell what is on the master layout as opposed to the layout itself.

It will all print in its correct colours.
