PDF resize to correct scale

I know there are several posts out there talking about similar subjects but I was not able to find exact instructions or a solution on how to do this....

I have a pdf file that I import. PDF is 1/4" scale, view is set to 1/4" before "place external drawing" but when I check measurements they are slightly off. Ie a 13'-2" dimension measures 12'-8". What is the proper, accurate way to re-set the scale of this drawing so everything measures out correctly. I have tried exploding the pdf but have not found a way to accurately re-scale the entire drawing. Any guidance is appreciated.

Edit>Reshape>Resize works pretty well using the graphically resized option. Or you can select and go into the drawing settings, and do it mathematically under the magnification percentage. (e.g. 13'-2" / 12'-8" = 1.039474, so set the magnification to 103.95%)

Richard - can you please elaborate on the graphically resized option? I tried that with no good results.

Okay. Select the PDF. Select Resize, and make sure that "Define graphically" is checked. Now pick two points on the PDF that you know the stated distance between. (e.g. 13'2") Now you will get a rubber-bandy line that starts at the first point you picked. Use the tracker to type 13'-2". It will resize accordingly. As Duane Valencia used to say [sic], "viola!"
