Plotmaker Master sheets from 9 to 8.1

I have created a series of master drawing sheets in PM9 for our office. Unfortunately some of our workstations still run AC8.1 and PM3.1. I want to transfer the new title block information, but i get a message "not enough memory to complete the operation" when trying to cut and paste, even if I have only selected a single line or text element. I have tried cutting and pasting into AC then PM but that plays havoc with text heights etc (ie 5mm becomes 4.610(?), fonts change, justification changes). Does anyone know a quick and easy way of doing this, or do I have to start again on PM3.1? Do people draw their masters on the master layout or use PMK's?
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Save them out as DWGs, open in 3.1, edit, save.

Sorry.

The commercial answer would be "What??!?! STILL on 8.1 ?!?!?"

copy/paste into Archicad, then Save As 8.1 PLN file.

Ths should let you either make a PMK or place a view into the older Plotmaker.
