I have layouts in Archicad with standardized numbers as their Layout ID, and free-text descriptions as their Layout Name.
I would like to keep the names, since they make it much easier to navigate and identify layouts in the project. However, when publishing/exporting them as DWG or PDF, I would like the filename to contain only the Layout ID, not the Layout Name.
For example:
Layout ID: A-01-001
Layout Name: Ground Floor Plan – Existing
Desired filename: A-01-001.pdf / A-01-001.dwg
Is there a way to configure Publisher to use only the Layout ID as the exported filename?
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Tahoe 26.6.2

Weird. I checked both from a private window and mobile and for me it worked.
You can maybe try and restart the browser? or just google the title of the article:
Using the 'Rename Items' function in Archicad publisher: customizing file names with autotext keywords

You need to use keywords for autotext. You can find all of them in Archicad help.

Weird, worked finally from mobile and another browser. Thanks!
