Rotate titleblock

How can I rotate a titleblock without rotating the layout view to which it is attached?

Dont think this is the right answer.. but here goes anyway.........

if you go to your masters i nthe layoutbook and select the correct titleblock, you can then make a duplicate and copy and past the title block then rotate 90 degrees.

I think You are talking about the Drawing Title, not the Tittle block.

If you want to rotate the Drawing title, you can go to the Drawing settings, go to the Tittle settings and select a custom rotation...
