Our office is in the habit of creating a visual wall type schedule.
The 1st drawing is an example.
I can create something similar in Archicad, but it seems to show the plan view of the wall multiple times.
The 2nd drawing shows the multiple same wall in the schedule.
I would like to show it only once, but I cant seem to find the setting.
Any help would be appreciated.

We tend to put these on separate stories below the "live" model.
3D window is limited to show above stories only, home story levels are turned off on sections for these stories and schedules have a filter (elevation or home story threshold) to exclude these elements.

Maybe you can use a 'headline' for the first two fields, so that the preview ends up in the header.

Thanks Erwin,
Unfortunately, the wall plan view disappears completely when I select that option.

I think, wvat you want to achieve is not possible using schedule,
It would be better to create wall segments on plan, reserve a corner for graphic legend, and annotate that walls using composite skins label
Walls and labels can be placed in a hidden layer, be sure to exclude that layer from schedulling criterias.
I use this technique for my office template and it works fine

I am trying a different solution.
Perhaps others have tried this too......
1) Create a single wall legend of all the walls, showing only the wall images.
2) I created individual legends for each wall showing described the assemblies.
It seems to work......
But it does not allow to add detail lines to the wall images.
So I believe furtonb method might be best.

This is how I do it:
This is a small piece of wall with a custom label on it. The label separately:
It lists the layers with a few more info, than the default one. Every physical property is coming from BMat level data:
The thicknesses from composites, the heat transfer coefficients can be entered in the object.
It's pretty much WIP, I don't really have the time to finish it atm...
If you would find it useful, I could try and patch it up a bit to be more useful.
Then I just save a view from that floor plan, and I can arrange it layouts, or discuss the material properties with other consultants, and enter them directly.
It would be really cool to have a finished condensation graph and a working thermal graph for the winter case too.
[some parts are named in hungarian, but you get the idea...]
