It may depend of the Morph's geometry. I think if the Morph geometry is composed of curved surfaces and curves, that can be made "higher resolution", but if it is made of polygons, you will not be able to make that more segmented or higher resolution.
Can you show the morph and indicate where you would like to see higher degree of segmentation/resolution?
