dashed line in demolished wall

I want to reduce the spacing of the dashed line when an existing wall is has a renovation status as "To be demolished", how do I do that?

You will need to create a New Line Type and edit the spacing there then you can assign that LT to the override settings for Demolition. Check under menu Options-> Lines.
