lines in layout

I want the lines in layout to be black in color when I print it in PDF, currently it comes out in red. Please show me how to fix this.

Have you already tried to publish it in pdf?
If so and the result is still red, check the pen set

As alemanda said, change the pen set of your drawings in the layout to use black pens.
Or in the DOCUMENT OPTIONS for the PDF in publisher, you can choose to save PDF with colour, black & white or greyscale.
