Hi,
Are you using an external display? This has happened to me before, and it turned out it was because the OpenGL engine didn't get along with the GPU when sent to external screens.
Please try it on the main screen.
Also, go to 3D styles, and switch to Vectorial Engine, and disable the 2D Drawing Hardware Acceleration in the Work Environment and see if it makes a difference.
