.STL File export

I am trying to export my ArchiCAD model as an .stl file. Does anyone have an idea on how to do it? (I already tried doing it through AutoCAD 2002 and it didn't work)

Probably not what you like to hear, but I would export as *.3ds from ArchiCAD and open it in 3ds max to export to STL. 3ds max (and VIZ) have specific STL-control tools to see if the model is allright (doesn't have holes to confuse the 3D-printer).
