Subject: Laptop Hanging Issue After Installing Archicad 29.0.1 Hotfix Message: Hello, After installing the Archicad 29.0.1 Hotfix (Build 3100, INT version, released on 10/28/2025, package size 1.54 GiB), my laptop started hanging and becomes unresponsive whenever I try to use Archicad. Before the update, it was working fine. Please help me resolve this issue or let me know if there’s any known problem with this Hotfix.
Operating system used: Windows 11 25h2

I have no issues with 29.0.1
Can you try to repair the installation of Archicad or make a clean installation??

Same problem. I cant update AC29 (there is no check for update in help menu) and AC28 say error 60 when I try to update..
I have Win 11 now instead of Mac (unfortunatelly).

Have you tried downloading the update from their webpage as Botonis suggested?

The updates was installed, but in the case of AC29 the Help > Check for updates menu item is still missing, so I guess future updates will also have to be installed only manually vie the website. In AC28 I will find out with the next update whether the installation works directly from the AC.

It is not in the menu because you are probably using a Work Environment you have imported from an old version.
For some reason there are quite a few commands that are now considered 'New' and do not show in old WE.
You need to add the new commands yourself or load a default 29 WE and then customise it to suit your own requirements.
There is also a problem with the update page in the home or start screen.
It will say that it can't download the update, but you can if you manually do it from the Graphisoft website.

So I hope that error 60 has been fixed with updates. If there is a problem with the next update, I will write about it here..
