network error

Been getting a network error since updating to 9. Both archicad and Plotmaker take about 3 seconds looking for the server then annnounce the the server cant be found ( see screen shot) the referenced libraries load fine even though on the server.

Updating a file in plotmaker appears to hang until open the BGArchicad and cancel the dialogue box ( same as screen shot again). This is rather annoying has any one else seen this or know of a wokaround
