problam with keyboard shortcuts

hi
using AC15 64 bit, it seems like the keyboard is not connected to the program (although it actually does)- typing shortcuts don't affect the program.
i think in rare cases it does affect but i cant say when....
maybe it's something to do with the interface i imported from older versions?

what can be the problem?

The only time I know the keyboard behaves oddly is when I'm typing in text values of dimension lines / level dimensions. If you type too slow it will sort of tab out of the text field. Copy and paste don't seem to work there either.

i’m talking about shortcuts. ctrl+D ets. typing the shortcuts doesn't affect the program at all, no meter what speed i type in.
it happens in 3 different computers!
